Central Government Program 

We implement flagship national-level schemes under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and other central agencies:

A national skill certification and reward scheme for youth to learn industry-relevant skills and get placement opportunities.

Features: Free training, assessment, government certificate, placement support

Sectors Covered: Retail, IT-ITES, Healthcare, Construction, Apparel, etc.

A rural skill development scheme under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) aimed at enhancing employability in rural areas.

Target Group: 15–35-year-olds from poor rural families

Support: Residential training, uniform/stipend, post-placement tracking

Focuses on skill training of urban poor youth under the Employment through Skill Training and Placement (EST&P) component.

Promotes apprenticeship by incentivizing employers and providing real-world work experience to trainees.

We integrate online skill development platforms (e.g., eSkill India, Skill India Digital) for blended training and certification.

State Government Program 

We collaborate with various State Skill Development Missions (SSDMs) to implement localized training schemes:

Offers domain-skills training and soft skills to youth of Uttar Pradesh through Kushal Yuva Program and other flagship schemes.
